Application Requirements• Senior High graduate and its equivalent (Forecast results will be accepted
for students applying for the 1 st and 2nd intakes).
• Passing the Placement Test & interview
• Signing a letter of agreement to comply with the Academic Regulations.
• Completion of the first payment of tuition fee upon registration
Complete and submit the application form together with the following Application Materials:
• A certified copy of your Senior High certificate
• A photocopy of other certificates of prior studies, if available
• Curriculum Vitae
• Recent passport-size color photographs (3 X 4)
• A photocopy of ID Card (KTP)
• Medical Statement for being free of drugs
• A portfolio (manual drawing and/ or any other media)

• Term I – V: lecture, lab work, assignment, presentation ….
• Term VI : Final Project
• Subjects : 5 to 6 subjects per week
• Class session :2 ½ hours per session
